I asked why I should pay for a nearly 30 years old ship. she went on to say, that Mr. Galbut had tons of experience as chairman of Prestige/NCLH and as a investor in old apartment buildings both in Florida and New York City. I stated, that comparing a land based real estate with a ship is like apples and oranges. Her response was, the SS Constitution is 100 yeas old and still sailing, so why not the Navigator? LOL
