Seatankers Management, Bygg nr. 3652 ved Hyundai Heavy Industries, Accomodation "Edda Fortis"

Nå har Seatankers kjøpt denne for 75 mill dollar ifølge finansavisen. Østensjø bestilte denne for 200 mill dollar tilbake i 2012. Østensjø kansellerte kontrakten i 2016 da verftet ikke klarte leverings forpliktelsene. John Fredriksen er jo samarbeidspartner og aksjoner ilag med Østensjø i Edda wind, gjerne de skal starte samarbeid i Edda accomodation også. På ais heiter skipet Edda fortis igjen, etter å heitt hyundai ulsan 2652 siden den ble kansellert.

The vessel has an advanced telescopic motion-compensated gangway system that provides safe and easy access to and from offshore installations. Edda Fortis can comfortably accommodate 800 people in a “home away from home” and is designed for reliable and flexible operations.
