EIOF - 1 year contract extension for Viking Princess

Eidesvik Offshore ASA ("Eidesvik") has been awarded a one year contract extension with Ithaca Oil and Gas Limited for Viking Princess. Commencement will be in direct continuation of the current contract expiring early January 2020.

In a statement, Jan Fredrik Meling, CEO of Eidesvik said, "We are very pleased that our client extends our working relationship and consider it a quality mark for our operation & services delivered".

Contract extension with Fairfield

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that Fairfield Betula Limited ("Fairfield") has extended the charters of the PSV's Far Symphony and Normand Aurora. Both contracts are now firm until the end of December 2020 and will commence in direct continuation of the current contracts. Far Symphony and Normand Aurora have been supporting Fairfield's UK operations since April 2017 and January 2019 respectively

Havila Shipping ASA: Kontrakt for PSV fartøyet Havila Crusader
Havila Shipping har inngått kontrakt med britisk oljeselskap for PSV fartøyet Havila Crusader. Kontrakten er for to brønner fast estimert til ett år, med opsjon for 7 brønner estimert til over to år. Oppstart er forventet å være innen en uke.

Havila Shipping ASA: Kontrakt for AHTS fartøyet Havila Jupiter
Havila Shipping har sikret kontraktsarbeid for Havila Jupiter i Nordsjøen. Oppstart er forventet til tidlig mars 2020 og er for en fast periode på 70 dager med opsjoner for inntil 35 dager.

GC Rieber Shipping: New contract, extending charter for crew-boats Polar Baikal and Polar Piltun

GC Rieber Shipping has through its 50/50 joint venture, co-owned with Russian partner Prisco entered into new 1+1 year charter agreements with Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd (SEIC) for the two crew-boats "Polar Baikal" and "Polar Piltun".

The operations under the new agreements will commence in June 2020. The crew boats will be operating in the Sea of Okhotsk, Sakhalin in Russia. The crew boats are operated by the joint venture ship management company in Russia.

This is the second time the charter has been renewed. The vessels were originally purchased and modified by GC Rieber Shipping and Prisco back in 2009, initially entering a six-year charter with SEIC. The agreement was extended in 2015 for another five years. The new contract is for one firm season, 2020, with an option to extend for the 2021 season.

DOF Subsea awarded contracts Australia

DOF Subsea is pleased to announce several contract-awards in the APAC region, securing further vessel and resource utilisation in Q1 and first part of Q2 2020.

The contracts, for undisclosed clients in Australia, will see Skandi Singapore commence subsea project operations during Q1 2020 for two major operators in the region over a period of 50-60 days.

In a statement Mons Aase, CEO of DOF Subsea, said, "These are important awards for DOF Subsea and continue to build backlog from previous reported wins in Q1 2020, all of which secure good utilisation for our vessel and resources in the Asia Pacific Region. We look forward to working with our key clients to deliver safe and successful projects."

Contract offshore New Zealand

Solstad Offshore ASA ("Solstad") has entered into a contract with OMV Taranaki Ltd for the provision of a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) to support their upcoming Crestal infield drilling campaign at the Maui A Platform offshore New Zealand.

The PSV Normand Tortuga will commence the contract in Taranaki by mid-March for a firm period of 250 days with 11 months of options thereafter.

"We are delighted to receive this contract award from OMV. The New Zealand marketplace has been a key strategic target of ours and, further to the recent CSV Normand Baltic contract award, this additional contract will now result in two vessels being in region commencing Q1 /Q2 2020" said Keith Soutar, Solstad Offshore Managing Director, Asia Pacific.

DOF Subsea awarded multiple contracts across the North America Region

DOF Subsea is pleased to announce multiple contract awards from undisclosed clients across the North America region.

The Group has secured contracts for pre-lay and LBL array installation activities in Guyana, subsea installation work in Trinidad and well-head removal work in Canada. All three contract awards will utilise Skandi Neptune.

The Harvey Deep Sea has received an award for a large Ocean Bottom Node survey in the GoM, in addition to other shorter IMR and light construction projects. The awards will ensure good utilisation across the first half of the year for the vessel.

Contract award for Skandi Vitoria

The Brazilian built pipelay support vessel (PLSV) Skandi Vitoria, owned by the joint venture between DOF Subsea (50%) and TechnipFMC (50%), has been awarded a contract with TechnipFMC. The contract will commence in January with validity of two years plus options.

The vessel has been in lay-up since summer 2018 and the CEO Mons Aase states that he is pleased with the contract award and having the vessel back in operations.

EIOF - Contract award for PSV Viking Queen

Eidesvik Offshore ASA has been awarded a new contract by Equinor Energy AS for the PSV Viking Queen. The new contract will commence in direct continuation of the existing contract expiring end February 2020. The firm period of the new contract is 8 months, with options for further extensions.

Contract award for Geosea

DOF Subsea Group has been awarded a contract for the vessel Geosea with N-Sea. End client is the Royal Netherlands Navy. The contract will commence shortly and has a duration of 5 years firm plus 4 x 6 months optional extensions.

The CEO Mons Aase states that he is very pleased with this long-term contract award and the opportunity to work with N-Sea and Royal Netherlands Navy as new clients for the DOF Group.

Termination of bare-boat contracts with SFL

Solstad Offshore (SOFF) and SFL Corporation Ltd (SFL) have agreed to terminate the bareboat charter agreements for the three medium size AHTS's Sea Cheetah, Sea Jaguar and Sea Leopard. The vessels are expected to be handed back to SFL during 1q 2020. All three vessels have been laid up since 2016.

The two remaining vessels on bareboat charter agreements between SOFF and SFL stay unchanged.

EIOF - Contract awards under the Master Time Charter Agreement with Seabed Geosolutions

Eidesvik Offshore ASA has been awarded new contracts by Seabed Geosolutions for the seismic source vessel Vantage and the node-handling vessel Subsea Viking. The new contracts will commence in direct continuation of the existing contracts. The duration is approximately 4 months for each vessel with further options for extension. Both vessels are then booked until ultimo July 2020.

Long-term contract with Premier Oil UK

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that Premier Oil UK Limited ("Premier Oil") has contracted PSV Normand Flipper (UT745E, 2003 built) for four wells firm plus options commencing between May and June 2020. The contract is expected to last around 400 days supporting the jackup drilling rig Valaris JU -123 at Premier Oil's Tolmount location in the southern North Sea

DOF Subsea awarded contracts in Africa

DOF Subsea is pleased to announce two contract-awards for international clients in Africa, securing further vessel and resource utilisation in Q1 and first part of Q2 2020.

The first contract is for seismic nodes installation in Nigeria for an undisclosed client. The work will be executed from the CSV Geosund.

The second contract is an extension to existing contract with a major operator in Angola to support a variety of subsea activities. For this project, the company will deploy the CSV Skandi Seven which has already been operating for the client in Angola for some time.

Extended contract for Stril Explorer

MMT AB and Møkster has agreed to extend the contract for Stril Explorer with additional 12 months. The Stril Explorer has been on contract to MMT continuously since April 2014 and the new extension further strengthens the relationship between the two companies. The vessel will continue to play an important role in MMT's survey activities.
