Contract award

DOF Rederi has been awarded a 4 wells firm plus 2 well option contract for Skandi Caledonia by Premier Oil UK Limited. Commencement will be in Q2 this year with an estimated duration of circa 100 days per well for both the firm and optional wells.
 
EIOF - 3-year contract award for Viking Avant

Eidesvik Offshore ASA ("Eidesvik") has been awarded a 3-year contract for Viking Avant from Equinor Energy AS in direct continuation of the current contract expiring end December 2019.

In a statement, Jan Fredrik Meling, CEO of Eidesvik Offshore ASA said, "We are very pleased with the new contract award from Equinor, which also enables us to install batteries and hybrid solutions for Viking Avant. This will be the 6th Eidesvik-vessel with batteries and hybrid solutions, and is a testament to Eidesvik's commitment to develop our business and fleet to meet the marketrequirements of today and the future."

Contract award for Geosea

DOF Subsea Group has been awarded a contract for the vessel Geosea with N-Sea. End client is the Royal Netherlands Navy. The contract will commence shortly and has a duration of 5 years firm plus 4 x 6 months optional extensions.

The CEO Mons Aase states that he is very pleased with this long-term contract award and the opportunity to work with N-Sea and Royal Netherlands Navy as new clients for the DOF Group.

Så N-Sea tar "Geosea" på bareboat chart samt at dei også har en opsjon på å kjøpe den fra DOF
 
Contract for CSV Normand Clipper

Solstad Offshore ASA has been awarded a long-term contract with Global Offshore, part of the Global Marine Group for CSV, Normand Clipper. The contract will commence in 1Q 2020 and have a duration of 3 years firm plus 5 years options thereafter.

Global Offshore will utilize the vessel to support their cable lay operations within the renewable energy and oil & gas sectors.

 
Contract extension for CSV Normand Flower

Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF") has entered into a contract for the CSV Normand Flower with Fugro Netherlands Marine BV ("Fugro") where the present charter has been extended until April 2021. In addition, Fugro has options to extend the contract by further 6 months.

Normand Flower has been chartered by the same client since March 2018 and used successfully on various projects.

The vessel will be utilised for geotechnical operations within the renewable energy and oil & gas sectors

New contract for Far Stream

Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF") is pleased to announce that the AHTS Far Stream (UT712L, 2006 built) has been contracted to a major Malaysian operator to support a drilling program of six wells. Commencement of the contract is during March 2020 and the estimated duration is 285 days. In addition, the Client have options to extend the contract with further 60 days.
 
GC Rieber Shipping: Shearwater GeoServices enters deepwater OBS market with Gulf of Mexico award

GC Rieber Shipping ASA's 19% owned geoservices company Shearwater GeoServices ("Shearwater") is pleased to announce the award of a major Ocean Bottom Seismic deepwater ROV project by TGS and partner in the Gulf of Mexico, USA. The award confirms Shearwater's position as the leading geophysical service company.

This will be Shearwater's first OBS ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) survey and will leverage the company's strengths in source capabilities, operational scale and flexibility.

The OBS ROV crew complements Shearwater's Ocean Bottom Cable and Ocean Bottom Node crews and marks the company's presence in all sectors of the Ocean Bottom Seismic market, in acquisition and processing. Shearwater will have three OBS crews operating in 2020.

Two Shearwater vessels, the SW Diamond and SW Emerald, will be used for the project, equipped with three high-capacity sources each composed of three sub -arrays. This investment in a new source configuration will allow two source vessels to be used instead of three for the survey, with a consequent increase in efficiency and reduction in operational greenhouse gas emissions.

The survey will commence in Q2 2020 and is scheduled to be completed over approximately four months.
 
DOF contract awards

DOF (UK) Limited has been awarded an extension for the Skandi Barra by an undisclosed client for approximately four months. Commencement is in direct continuation of the current contract.

DOF has been awarded 1-year contracts by the SNSPOOL for the Skandi Captain and Skandi Texel. Commencement for both vessels will be in direct continuation of their existing Peterson contracts in Q1 and Q2 respectively
 
EIOF - Contract award for Viking Lady

Aker BP has awarded Eidesvik Offshore ASA a contract for Viking Lady under the framework agreement between the parties. The firm period is six (6) months commencing in direct continuation of the existing contract.
 
Charter contract for a Dual Fuel PSV

The Dual Fuel PSV "Siem Symphony" has been awarded a charter contract with Lundin Norway AS for supporting a 10 well drilling campaign on the Norwegian Continental Self.

The firm contract is estimated up to 600 days plus options and the vessel is expected to commence operation during second quarter 2020.
 
PSV contracts awarded in UK

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce contract extensions for the PSV's Sea Frost and Normand Skipper with Equinor UK Limited ("Equinor"). Both vessels have been supporting Equinor's operations since July 2017 and January 2019 respectively. Contracts are now firm until January 2023 plus one-year option thereafter.

PSV, Far Spica has also been awarded a contract with TAQA Bratani Limited for one well firm plus one well option commencing in the second half of March 2020, supporting the semi-submersible drilling rig MSS1.

In addition, the PSV's Normand Service and Normand Titus has been contracts by an undisclosed client to support a pipe-laying vessel in the North Sea for an estimated duration of eight to ten weeks. The project is estimated to commence in mid-April 2020.
 
Havila Shipping ASA: Kontraktsforlengelse for PSV ene Havila Aurora og Havila Fortune, kontrakt for Havila Borg

Axxis Geo Solution ASA har utøvd opsjon for PSV fartøyene Havila Aurora til slutten av mai 2020 og for Havila Fortune til midten av Juni 2020.

Det er ytterligere to 3 måneders opsjoner tilgjengelig for hvert av fartøyene.

Selskapet har også inngått kontrakt med britisk oljeselskap for PSVen Havila Borg for en periode på førti dager med ytterligere opsjoner.

Oppstart er i juni 2020.
 
EIOF - Early redelivery of Viking Princess

Eidesvik Offshore ASA ("Eidesvik") has received notice of early redelivery from Ithaca Oil and Gas Limited for Viking Princess. The Viking Princess will be redelivered to Eidesvik end April due to the current market situation.

EIOF - Early re-delivery of Vantage

Eidesvik Offshore ASA ("Eidesvik") has received notice of early re-delivery from Seabed Geosolutions("SBGS") for Vantage. Consequently, the contract for the vessel, as notified in the stock exchange notice of February 19, 2020, has been cancelled.
