Havila Shipping ASA: Kontrakt med Total E&P UK for PSVen Havila Commander

Havila Shipping har avtalt med Total E&P UK ny kon trakt for PSVen Havila Commander.

Kontrakten er for en fast periode på 18 mnd.

Kontrakten er i direkte fortsettelse av eksisterende kontrakt fra midten av april 2020.

Havila Commander har arbeidet for Total E&P UK siden april 2012.
 
NEW CONTRACT AWARD

Reach Subsea ASA ("Reach") has been awarded a contract from a new tier 1 client involving 50 project days of survey and construction support in the North Sea. The project will be executed together with our cooperation partner MMT Sweden during the summer season with planned use of the Topaz Tiamat for this project.

Reach now has approximately 800 project days (about 1,400 ROV days) for 2020 execution, and about 250 project days (400 ROV days) for 2021 execution.

Medium-term contracts for multiple vessels

Solstad Offshore ASA has entered into medium-term contracts for six of its vessels for a period of 80 to 170 days each with undisclosed Clients. Commencement will be around July 1[st] and the operation are outside the North Sea.

The nominated vessels are the PSVs Normand Supra, Normand Surfer, Normand Serenade, Normand Sitella and Sea Spear, in addition to the AHTS Far Sigma.

The contracts will significantly reduce the company's North Sea spot market exposure in 2020.
 
Contract updates DOF Subsea

DOF Subsea has received a notice of early termination of a two-year charter contract for the vessel Skandi Acergy, from an international client. The notice period is 60 days, and the termination of the charter contract will be effective on 1 July 2020. DOF Subsea is entitled to a termination fee following the termination.

On the positive side, DOF are pleased to announce that an international Charterer have awarded Skandi Skansen a contract for a ploughing scope of work with commencement later this year. Skandi Skansen is a large Anchor Handler / Installation vessel owned by DOF Installer ASA.

In addition, DOF Subsea is pleased to announce a 6 months firm contract for one of the older CSVs to an international client. The client has options to extend the contract by up to 12 months
 
GC Rieber Shipping: Nexans extends the charter for Polar King

GC Rieber Shipping has agreed with Nexans Skagerrak AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nexans Norway AS, to extend the charter of the CSV Polar King by two months, making the charter firm until September 2020.

The extended period will be in direct continuation of the ongoing charter, which started in January 2017. The vessel conducts cable lay support and trenching worldwide.
 
Contracts for CSV's Far Saga and Normand Energy

Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF") is pleased to announce that the Brazilian flagged CSV, Far Saga, has been awarded a contract with Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. ("Petrobras") for a period of 3 years firm. Far Saga will be equipped with two Work Class ROVs from C-Innovation suitable for operating to 3.000m water depth. The vessel will keep supporting exploration and production activities in Brazilian continental shelf. Commencement of the Contract shall take place during 3Q 2020.

Far Saga has been operating in Brazil since 2014.

In addition, the CSV Normand Energy (ex. Normand Seven), has been awarded a contract with an undisclosed client. Normand Energy will be mobilized from a European port and the contract will commence in late 2Q 2020 with a duration of 4-6 months.
 
EIOF - Contract award and amendment

Eidesvik Offshore ASA ("Eidesvik") has been awarded a 4 month extension to the current time charter party for the platform supply vessel MV Viking Lady with Aker BP. The extension is for the period from primo September 2020 to ultimo December 2020 in direct continuation of the current time charter party.

Further, MV Viking Prince has been awarded a time charter party for the period from primo September to ultimo December 2020. The current time charter party for MV Viking Prince with Aker BP ended primo June 2020. Eidesvik will trade MV Viking Prince in the spot market during the 3 month summer season.

Both time charter parties have been concluded under the Frame Agreement with Aker BP.

Havila Shipping ASA: Shell UK Limited har foretatt tidlig tilbakelevering av PSV fartøyet Havila Crusader.
Fartøyet har siden 18 Januar 2020 arbeidet på en kontrakt for 2 borehull. Partene var enige om en estimert periode på ett år.
Partene har ulike oppfatninger av hvilken forpliktelse som påhviler Shell UK Limited i en kontrakt for 2 borehull.
Selskapet vil vurdere hvilke skritt som skal tas overfor Shell UK Limited som følge av den tidlige tilbakeleveringen.

Havila Crusader legges i opplag i påvente av bedre markedsforhold.
 
Energy Swan - Contract Extensions

Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (GEOS-ME) is pleased to inform that a contract extension has been secured for Energy Swan.

A contract extension has been secured with Wintershall Dea Norge AS. The contract is in direct continuation of the charter contract from 2013. The large PSV Energy Swan was in 2013 chartered for a firm period of 4 years + optional (total of 4 years options). Wintershall Dea Norge AS and GEOS agreed after expiration of the firm period several extensions, latest with firm period to 31 July 2020. The parties have now agreed that the vessel will remain firm on charter in direct continuation present firm period for addition 4 months till 30 November 2020. The charter rate reflects the market conditions. The parties have further agreed that Charterers continue having options available to charter the vessel as per the original charter (till 30 November 2021).

Contracts for PSV's in the North Sea

A leading North Sea Operator has awarded Solstad Offshore ASA contracts for two Platform Supply Vessels (PSV) for a period of six months firm plus options. Far Spica will commence its charter during June 2020 with Normand Springer or sister vessel to follow during October 2020. Both vessels will be supporting the Operators assets in the UK North Sea.

In addition, and as part of the Frame Agreement with Aker BP, Call Off for the PSV, Far Solitaire, has been extended until end 2020. The vessel has supported Aker BP's operations since December 2019.
 
Contract award for two AHTS's in Brazil

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that the AHTS's Far Sagaris and Far Statesman, have been awarded a contract with Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. ("Petrobras") for a period of 3 years firm to support Petrobras' exploration and production activities on the Brazilian continental shelf. Both vessels will sail under Brazilian REB Flag and will be equipped with Work Class ROV's for operations down to 3.000m water depth. Commencement of the Contract will take place during September 2020, and the contract value excluding ROV's is in the excess of MNOK 800.
 
Contract awards in Brazil

The DOF Group is pleased to announce several contract awards for its fleet in Brazil for

Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. ("Petrobras") supporting Petrobras' exploration and production activities on the Brazilian continental shelf. The vessels are owned and operated by Norskan and DOF Subsea Brasil will be responsible for the ROV operations on the vessels. Both companies are 100 % owned subsidiaries of DOF ASA.

Skandi Urca and Skandi Fluminense have been awarded 2+2 year contracts with commencement in September 2020 and Skandi Paraty has been awarded a one-year contract that commenced at the beginning of June. All vessels are Brazilian built AHTS vessels and all equipped with Work Class ROV's for operations down to 3.000m water depth.

Tre års kontrakt for «Havila Harmony»

Havila Shipping har inngått en tre års kontrakt med OceanPact Netherlands B.V. for skipet «Havila Harmony». Det informerer selskapet fredag.

Kontrakten er en såkalt bareboat-kontrakt, som vil si at kontrakten kun gjelder skipet. Ikke mannskap eller annet.

Skipet skal operere i Brasil og kontrakten inneholder en mulig forlengelse av avtalen på ett år.

«Havila Harmony» er forventet å gå inn i sin nye rolle i løpet av fjerde kvartal av 2020, men skal først tilpasses tekniske krav og få gjennomført vedlikehold.
 
Solstad - Subsea construction & renewable energy

Normand Jarstein

Normand Jarstein has been awarded a contract to operate within the renewables segment. The client is Siemens and the vessel will support their operations at the Alpha Ventus field. She will be mobilized with a W2W system supplied by Ampelmann. The contract has a duration of around one month and is scheduled to commene in August. options.

Normand Mermaid
Normand Mermaid has been awarded a seasonal fixture by undisclosed EPIC contractor in the North Sea. Mobilization is set in August, the contract includes delivery of WROV and Survey services.

Normand Pacific successful operations in the Mediterranean
Normand Pacific has recently completed a cable survey, trenching and installation of concrete mattresses off Italy. The vessel, ST 256 L CD design, has a length of 122 meters and a beam of 23 meters, equipped with 200T AHC crane and 120 bunks onboard. She has been under long term charter with Prysmian since year 2016. The vessel is now undergoing her 10 year special class survey in Gibraltar.
