Contract for PSV Far Symphony

Solstad Offshore is pleased to announce that the PSV Far Symphony has been awarded a term contract by Ithaca Energy. The vessel will be supporting Ithaca’s UK North Sea operations for a period of one year firm, with further options up to one year.

The commencement date of the contract will be during November 2021.
 

Contract award for MPSV Siem Dorado​

Following the notice issued November 11th 2021, Siem Offshore has been awarded another contract for the vessel MPSV Siem Dorado.

The new contract has already commenced, and will keep the vessel utilized into the first quarter of 2022. This contract also covers the subsea development phase for a new offshore wind farm.
 

Long-term contracts awarded in Brazil​

Solstad Offshore is pleased to announce that Equinor in Brazil has awarded the PSVs Sea Brasil and Far Scotsman new long-term contracts. Both vessels are contracted for 2 years with commencement in Dec-2021 and Jun-2022, respectively, both in direct continuation with present contracts.

The contracts also cover extensions for 2 yearly options for Sea Brasil and 1 yearly option for Far Scotsman. Both vessels will be supporting Equinor activities in Brazil.
 

Long-term contracts awarded in Australia

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce contract award for two vessels in Australia.

The AHTS Far Senator and PSV Far Seeker have been awarded a contract by Santos WA Energy Limited in support of its drilling activities for commencement in 2Q 2022.

Each contract has an estimated duration of 390 days with potential options thereafter.
 

Contract award and extension OSCV​


The Company has entered into a contract with an undisclosed client for operations in South East Asia. The project will utilize the OSCV "Siem Barracuda" for a scope of work consisting of subsea preparatory work required for the construction of a new offshore wind farm. The contract has a firm duration of 5 months plus options, and will commence around year end following the completion of the vessel’s current contract in the same region.

Also, the OSCV “Siem Stingray” has received an extension of 2 months on her current contract, before undertaking a battery power installation, which is one of several measures being undertaken to reduce our environmental footprint. Upon completion of the battery installation she will be mobilized for the contract previously reported on July 28th 2021, for utilization until Q4 2022 plus options within the UK Offshore wind market.
 

Long-term contract awarded in UK​


Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that the PSV Far Spica has been awarded a term contract with a North Sea Operator. The vessel has been contracted for a period of one-year firm, with further options for up to two years, commencing December 2021 and in direct continuation of the vessel's current contract.
 

Long-term contract awarded by Woodside Australia

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce a contract with Woodside in Australia for the provision of the PSV Normand Tortuga.

The vessel has been contracted to support activities with the DPS-1 semisubmersible on the Enfield P&A and Scarborough projects, commencing in late Q1/early Q2 2022. During the period of the contract the Normand Tortuga will be operating from Dampier, Western Australia.

The vessel is contracted for a firm period of 572 days with additional options available to Woodside thereafter.
 

Normand Flipper awarded long-term contract in UK

Solstad Offshore is pleased to announce that the PSV Normand Flipper has been awarded a term contract in the UK North Sea for a period of one year firm, commencing during December 2021.
 

Contract award for AHTS Siem Opal​

Siem AHTS Pool AS ("SAP"), a subsidiary of Siem Offshore Inc, has entered into a contract with Equinor Energy AS in Norway for the AHTS "Siem Opal". The contract covers a firm period of 6 months plus options, and will commence during March - April 2022. The scope of work consists of supporting the client's various rig move activities during drilling campaigns.
 

Contract award for PSVs "Siem Pilot" and “Siem Thiima”​


Siem Offshore has entered into a contract with a long term client in Australia for the PSVs “Siem Pilot” and “Siem Thiima”. The contract for “Siem Pilot” covers a firm period of 572 days plus options, whereas “Siem Thiima” has been awarded a 3 year firm contract plus options. Both contracts will commence during Q1 2022.

After a short spell in the North Sea spot market, “Siem Pilot” will as such be mobilized to Australia, whereas “Siem Thiima” will continue its long standing commitment for serving the same client. The latter vessel is scheduled to install a battery power package before commencement, through the Company’s environmental commitment to upgrade all of its three high end dual fueled PSVs. “Siem Thiima” was the first dual fueled PSV contracted in the southern hemisphere in 2017, and will now again be the pioneer towards further reducing its environmental footprint being the first of its kind with a battery power upgrade in the same hemisphere.
 

Havila Shipping ASA: Kontrakt med TotalEnergies EP Denmark for PSV fartøyet Havila Fanø​

Havila Shipping ASA har inngått ny kontrakt med TotalEnergies EP Denmark A/S for PSV fartøyet Havila Fanø.

Kontrakten er for en fast periode på 14 måneder, med ytterligere opsjoner.

Kontrakten er i direkte fortsettelse av eksisterende kontrakt med oppstart i dag.
 

Contract for CSV Normand Maximus

Solstad Offshore ASA has entered into a contract with a major energy company for the CSV Normand Maximus.

The contract has immediate commencement and will utilize the vessel for the main part of 1Q 2022.
 

EIOF - Contract extension for Viking Queen​

Equinor Energy AS has declared options to extend the contract for the supply vessel Viking Queen from end of January 2022 in direct continuation of the current contract, extending the firm period to end of May 2022, with options for further extensions.
 

AHTS Contract award in Brazil

Solstad Offshore ASA has been awarded a new contract with PETROBRAS – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. for the AHTS BOS Turquesa.

The contract is 3 years firm, with options thereafter, for supporting exploration and production activities in Brazilian continental shelf.
 

Havila Shipping ASA: Kontrakt med Harbour Energy (UK) for PSV fartøyet Havila Commander​

Havila Shipping ASA har inngått kontrakt med Harbour Energy for PSV fartøyet Havila Commander

Kontrakten er fast for en perode tillsvarende fire boruhull, med ytterligere psjon for ett borehull.

Forventet oppstart er Januar 2022.
 

Havila Shipping ASA: Kontrakt med Amilcar Petroleum Operations for PSV fartøyet Havila Borg

Havila Shipping har inngått kontrakt med Amilcar Petroleum Operations for PSV fartøyet Havila Borg.

Kontrakten er for en fast periode estimert til fire måneder inklusiv mobilisering og demobilisering, med opsjonsperioder anslått til opp til to måneder.

Oppstart i kontrakten vil være mellom 15. januar og 15. februar 2022
 

Contract awards DOF Subsea

DOF Subsea is pleased to inform that a key Renewables Client has awarded an extension to an ongoing subsea Construction contract in the North Sea.

In direct continuation of the ongoing project, Skandi Acergy shall be further utilized up to 169 vessel days.

The contract extension includes project management, engineering and range of bespoke equipment and services tailored towards the Renewables segment. The project shall be delivered by an integrated DOF Subsea team located in Aberdeen, Scotland.

DOF Subsea has also been awarded a new project in Trinidad & Tobago for the vessel Skandi Constructor. The project will commence in early January with an estimated duration of approximately 40 days plus mobilization and demobilization. The vessel, already in Trinidad after completion of a light construction project.
 
 

Contract award for PSVs in UK​

Solstad Offshore ASA ("Solstad") is pleased to announce that the PSV Normand Sitella has been awarded a term contract with a UK Operator to support their assets in the UK North Sea. Commencement of the contract will be within March 2022 for an initial period of one year firm, with two optional years. Normand Sitella will join the Solstad owned PSVs Sea Falcon and Sea Forth working on term contract for the same UK Operator.

In addition, a one-year option on the Sea Forth contract has been declared, meaning this vessel is now on firm contract until March 2023, with a further optional year remaining.
