DOF Subsea awarded FPSO hook-up contract in the Atlantic region

DOF Subsea, a subsidiary of DOF ASA, has been awarded a contract in the Atlantic region to undertake a FPSO hook-up offshore Nigeria. DOF Subsea will deploy the Skandi Skansen to undertake the works in Q3 2018. This contract reaffirms DOF Subsea's position as a leading mooring installation and hook-up contractor.
 
Extension of contract for AHTS, Far Santana (2000, UT 730, 200t BP), making the contract firm until 2Q 2019. Far Santana is equipped with Fugro's FCV Work Class ROV suitable for 3.000m water depth. Commencement of the contract amendment shall take place during 2Q 2018.

DOF Subsea contract awards

'DOF Subsea has been awarded several contracts in the Atlantic region, securing utilisation for the vessels Geosund and Skandi Skansen throughout Q2 and Q3. The awarded works are all within the Subsea IMR Projects segment. The scopes include seabed mapping, surveys, pipeline and structure inspection, light construction and repair work. One of the awards includes a Subsea Services Frame agreement in the UK with a major North Sea operator.

As part of this Frame Agreement DOF Subsea shall undertake the 2018 Pipeline and Structure Inspection Campaign.

The scope covers inspection of subsea facilities, pipelines, and platform structures as well as light construction and repair work. Jan Kristian Haukeland, Executive Vice President for the Atlantic region stated: "This is a real positive number of wins for the region, and for the company. DOF Subsea is well placed to plan and provide strong, collaborative support for our clients' projects in Survey and IMR."
 
New contracts awarded

Solstad Farstad ASA ("SOFF") is pleased to announce that Equinor has declared their option to extend the present contract for the AHTS "Normand Ferking" (2007, VS-490) with one year. Meaning that the vessels contract is firm with Equinor till September 2019.

In addition, a major oil company in Brunei has awarded SolstadFarstad a contract for the AHTS "Far Scimitar" (2008, UT712 L) to support their drilling operations. The contract will commence early July 2018 for a firm period of 4 months plus 4 x 1 month options.
 
DOF Subsea contract awards in Brazil

Petrobras has awarded DOF Subsea Brasil a contract for utilization of the Brazilian built OSV vessel Skandi Salvador. The 650 days firm contract (plus 650 days extension by mutual agreement) will commence in July. Skandi Salvador is currently working for Shell Brasil.

The CEO Mons Aase states that he is very pleased with this contract award, which confirms the DOF Group's strong position in the South America region.
 
Havila Shipping ASA: Ny kontrakt med Total DK for PSV fartøyet Havila Clipper

Havila Shipping ASA har inngått ny kontrakt med Total DK for PSV fartøyet Havila Clipper.

Kontrakten er for 6 mnd og i direkte fortsettelse av eksisterende kontrakt og vil sikre fartøyet arbeid for Total DK fram til januar 2019.
 
New contracts and contract extensions

Solstad Farstad ASA ("SOFF") are pleased to announce new awarded contracts and contract extensions for six vessels.

BP Egypt has declared the one-year option on the PSV Sea Swift resulting in continuous utilization of the vessel through to August 2019.

Equinor Brasil has extended present contracts for the PSV's Far Scotsman and Far Serenade with 3 months each to December 2018.

In addition, SolstadFarstad have secured ongoing charters in the Bass Strait, Australia, for the AHTS's Far Senator and Far Saracen and the PSV Sea Swan. These vessels will continue supporting the Semisub rig Ocean Monarch upon completion of the current Cooper Energy campaign, potentially keeping the vessels in the Bass Strait until Q1 2019.
 
Havila Shipping ASA: Kontrakt med Reach Subsea for subsea fartøyet Havila Harmony

Havila Shipping inngår kontrakt med Reach Subsea for subsea fartøyet Havila Harmony for en periode på tre år med mulighet for forlengelse i to perioder hver på ett år.

Kontrakten sikrer arbeid for et minimum antall per år og eier og leier vil begge markedsføre fartøyet for høyest mulig utnyttelse.

Havila Harmony er på vei til Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, hvor det vil bli utført planlagt vedlikeholdsarbeider og klargjøring for første kontrakt.
 
Contracts for Normand Australis and Normand Pacific

Solstad Farstad ASA ("SOFF") has entered into a contract with Magseis ASA for the CSV "Nor Australis" for operations in South East Asia using proprietary MASS nodes. The project includes several major oil companies as end clients.

The contract will commence in Q3 2018 and last for approximately three months.

Furthermore, SolstadFarstad is pleased to announce that Prysmian Powerlink Srl has declared their option to extend the present contract for the CSV, Normand Pacific. This will see the Vessel firm period extended until October 31st, 2019.
 
Far Statesman awarded contract with ENI

Solstad Farstad ASA ("SOFF") has been awarded a new contract for the AHTS Far Statesman. The contract is five months of work for end user ENI to support of their deepwater drilling campaign offshore Indonesia. The contract will commence in July 2018.
 
Contract with SBM Offshore for CSV "Normand Installer"

Solstad Farstad ASA (SOFF) has renewed its Frame Agreement with SBM Offshore(SBM) for 2019 and 2020, where SBM will charter the CSV "Normand Installer" for at least 114 days of work in 2019 and 105 days in 2020. "Normand Installer" is owned by NISA which is 50/50 owned by SBM Offshore and Solstad Farstad.
 
DOF Subsea contract awards

DOF Subsea, a subsidiary of DOF ASA has been awarded several contracts securing utilisation of personnel and vessels in the Subsea IMR Projects segment.'

DOF Subsea has been awarded a contract in the Atlantic region by MHI Vestas Offshore Wind for the Skandi Constructor. The contract will commence at the end of Q3 and secures utilisation until the end of 2018.

The Asia Pacific region has been awarded several contracts securing ROV and diving work for Skandi Singapore through Q4 2018 for several clients in the Asia Pacific region.

Remøy Shipping får forlengelse med Equinor

Remøy-båt for forlengelse på seks måneder. Alle rederiets plattform forsyningsskip har dermed arbeid godt ut i 2019.

Remøy Shippings LNG-drevne forsyningsskip «Rem Eir» har jobbet kontinuerlig for Equinor siden skipet ble levert fra Kleven-verftet i november 2014.

Skipet har hovedsaklig støttet oljeselskapets operasjoner i Nordsjøen fra basen i Florø, og hadde en kontrakt som strakk seg til november i år, ifølge rederiets nettside.

Nå skal skipet fortsette arbeidet fra Florø-basen en god stund til.

Ifølge Clarksons Platou har Remøy Shipping blitt tildelt en forlengelse på ytterligere seks måneder for forsyningsskipet som tidligere har blitt omtalt som et av verdens største på gassdrift.

Dermed varer kontrakten til minimum mai neste år.

I rederiets heleide flåte inngår tre forsyningsskip, ett seismikkskip og et kystvaktskip.

Etter at «Rem Eir» har fått sikret en forlengelse, har alle de tre forsyningsskipene arbeid for Equinor godt inn i 2019.

De to 2011-bygde skipene «Rem Hirst» og «Rem Mist» har arbeid til henholdsvis mars og mai neste år.
Kystevakten-skipet er på kontrakt til sommeren 2024, mens seismikkskipet ligger i opplag.

Contracts for "Siem Giant" and "Siem Atlas"

The Company has agreed a 1 year contract with 2 x 6 months options for each of the vessels "Siem Atlas" and "Siem Giant" for commencement in December in direct continuation of present contract.
 
Viking Neptun secures contract through winter season 2018/19 for Merkur Offshore GmhH

Merkur Offshore GmbH in Germany has awarded Eidesvik a contract for the Viking Neptun for support work in the offshore wind market. Contract commencement is mid-September 2018 and the firm contract is 5 months with 2,5 months optional periods.

"I am very pleased that our organization again have been able to secure employment for the Viking Neptun through the winter months in the renewable segment. This is the 5th contract Eidesvik has been awarded in the offshore wind market since the beginning of 2016", says CEO Jan Fredrik Meling.

"We are very confident that the Viking Neptun will be a huge benefit for the progress of the commissioning works of Merkur with an unrivaled capacity and workability that can make the very best out of the upcoming winter months towards final operation of the wind farm in Q1 2019", says Managing Director of Merkur, Arjen Schampers.

The commercial terms are confidential between the parties.
 
Total E&P South Africa Contract awards

Total E&P South Africa has awarded Solstad Farstad ASA a contract for one Large Anchor Handling Vessel (AHTS) Normand Ranger (2010, VS 491 Design) and one Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) Far Starling (2014, PSV 08 CD Design).

The contracts are to support Total E&P South Africa's drilling campaign in Block 11B/12B for 1 well firm + 1 well option, which is expected to commence Q4 2018. The duration of the contracts are likely to be approx. 90 days for the firm well plus mobilization and demobilization time.

Both vessels are currently trading the North Sea Spot Market

Far Swan awarded long term contract

Solstad Farstad ASA have been awarded a two-year contract for the Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) Far Swan (2006 Built VS470 MK II Design). The vessel will be supporting drilling operations offshore Qatar with a major operator in the country.

The Far Swan is currently mobilizing to Ras Laffan, Qatar and is expected to be on hire by the end of September.

The vessels previous engagement had been in Australia.
 
Nye kontrakter for to forsyningsskip

Selskaper i Eidesvik Offshore ASA gruppen har inngått avtale med Equinor om forlengelse av kontraktene for to plattform forsyningsskip. Kontrakten for Viking Avant har blitt forlenget til ultimo 2019, og kontrakten for Viking Energy har blitt forlenget til ultimo april 2020. Kontraktene har blitt gjort til gjeldende markedsvilkår.

«Begge skipene har jobbet for Equinor siden levering som nybygg i hhv 2004 og 2003 og vi er veldig fornøyd med at Equinor igjen viser oss tillit gjennom forlengelse av kontrakter» sier Adm Dir Jan Fredrik Meling
 
Energy Scout - Contract extension

Energy Scout Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (GEOS) has secured a two (2) months extension in direct continuation of the current charter with Total Nigeria as end user of the Energy Scout. Energy Scout has therefore firm employment until 1 December 2018 and the charterer has an option to extend the charter in an additional 3 months period. Extension has commenced.
