Contract Skandi Aukra

DOF have been awarded a contract by Asco Marine Ltd for the vessel Skandi Aukra.

The contract is for a period of 2 years firm and will commence in December 2018.
 
PSV contracts awarded by Allseas

Allseas has awarded Solstad Offshore ASA contracts for two PSVs, "Normand Naley" (2011, VS 485) and "Sea Supra" (2014, PX105), for pipe-haul duties. Both contracts are for 70 days firm plus options with commencement first half of December 2018.
 
Østensjø Rederi awarded five-year contract with Norske Shell

We are pleased to announce contract renewal with Norske Shell for tug services at the Nyhamna terminal

Østensjø Rederi and Norske Shell, on behalf of Nyhamna Operator Gassco, have agreed to renew the contract for tug- and terminal service at Shell Nyhamna. Østensjø Rederi has served this contract since the terminal started in 2007 and the new contract will be in direct continuation. The contract period is 5 years firm + 2 x 2 years options from 2019.

Østensjø Rederi will utilize the call-off tugs Vivax and Silex during tanker calls as well as the mooring launches Max and Obelix. The scope of delivery also includes the provision of 15 persons for part-time duties related to mooring- and various terminal services as well as Loading Master functions, working for Shell with the responsibility for tanker loading operations.

-This is yet another proof of the value of the long-term relations we have established with our charterers and we are very happy and proud that Shell, after their tender process, has awarded and renewed the contract with Østensjø Rederi, says CEO Kenneth Walland.
 
New contract for Edda Fauna will secure winter utilization

We are pleased to announce that Østensjø Rederi has been awarded a contract by a major European energy company for operation in the renewable sector.

The contract commenced in November and will secure utilization during the winter period for Edda Fauna up to the commencement of vessel’s firm contract with DeepOcean.
 
New contract for Sun Enabler

We are pleased to announce that Østensjø Rederi has been awarded a contract by VBMS for operation in the renewable sector.

The contract commenced in November and will secure utilization during the winter period for the Sun Enabler.
 
DOF Subsea Asia Pacific awarded IMR contract extension

DOF Subsea Australia Pty Ltds existing Subsea Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Contract with Chevron Australia has been extended.

DOF Subsea has successfully provided IMR vessel, ROV, AUV, Project Management, Engineering services including on and offshore professional personnel to execute various work scopes supporting construction and IMR activities on the Chevron-operated Gorgon and Wheatstone Projects and other assets since February 2015.

This long-term contract has created training, employment and supply chain opportunities in regional communities and businesses. The contract extension will allow DOF Subsea to continue to offer opportunities in the future.

In a statement Mons Aase, CEO DOF Subsea AS, said, This is an extremely exciting award, reinforcing DOF Subseas position in the global subsea IMR market. We look forward to continuing to support some of the largest offshore projects in Australia and indeed the world.
 
Contract for CSV with Ocean Infinity

Solstad Offshore has entered into a contract with Ocean Infinity for one of it's modern highly fuel efficient 250 ton crane CSV's. The contract will commence in 3Q 2019 and have a firm duration of 33 months. Ocean infinity will utilize the vessel on their world-wide seabed mapping and survey services.

Contract award

Reach Subsea has entered into an agreement with Eidesvik Offshore to continue and extend the co-operation for the period 2019-2021. The commercial terms between the parties are confidential.

Contract award for Viking Neptun

Eidesvik has been awarded a contract for Viking Neptun for term work with Ocean Installer AS with commencement early 2020 and 2021 respectively.

GC Rieber Shipping: Shearwater GeoServices awarded projects equivalent to 8 vessel months

GC Rieber Shipping ASA's 20% owned geoservices company Shearwater GeoServices ("Shearwater") has been awarded projects equivalent to 8 vessel months in the Arabian Sea.

Eni Oman BV in partnership with Oman Oil Company Exploration and Production has awarded Shearwater a seismic survey in Block 52, offshore Oman. The survey, due to commence later this year, will be conducted by the Polar Empress and will take approximately 3 months to complete. The survey consists of 2,500 sqkm 3D, additional 800 km 2D acquisition and data processing.

Further, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has awarded Shearwater a 3D broadband marine seismic acquisition contract for the planned 2018/2019 field season. The surveys will take 5 months to complete, covering approximately 2,000 sqkm, with the main streamer vessel mobilising in Q4 2018.

Contract award

DOF has been awarded a 60 days contract with Shell Taranaki Ltd. at New Zealand for the Skandi Emerald. The contract will commence in January. Skandi Emerald is an AHTS (STX AH 08) built in 2012 and is owned by the 50/50 JV, DOF Deepwater AS
 
DOF Subsea Awarded Three New North Sea Contracts

The Atlantic region has recently been awarded three new contracts in the North Sea.

The first of these contracts will see DOF Subsea undertake a workscope in the Norwegian North Sea involving subsea construction support and pre-commissioning operations from the Geosund during December 2018.

In addition, the company has been awarded a contract for the initial phase of a decommissioning programme in the central North Sea for a UK Operator. Under this contract DOF Subsea will provide construction support services for activities relating to the permanent disconnection and removal of an FPSO. The project scope will again be undertaken from the Geosund in Q2 2019.

The third contract award is from one of DOF Subsea's repeat Frame Agreement clients in the Norwegian CS, who have awarded DOF Subsea a subsea IMR and intervention scope. This work is scheduled to start in Q2, 2019.
 
Nye langtidskontrakter

Remøy Shipping har fått bekreftet 3-års opsjonsperioder med Equinor for hvert av rederiets tre Plattform Supply Skip. Alle skipene vil få installert hybrid batteridrift.

Opsjonsbekreftelsene gjelder skipene Rem Eir (PSV design VS 4412 DF, 2014), Rem Hrist (PSV design PX 105, 2011) og Rem Mist (PSV design PX 105, 2011). Oppstart av 3-års periodene vil være direkte etter utløpet av nåværende faste kontraktsperioder, henholdsvis i Mars 2019 for Rem Hrist og mai 2019 for Rem Eir og Rem Mist.

DOF have been awarded a contract by Ithaca for the vessel Skandi Barra

DOF have been awarded a contract by Ithaca for the vessel Skandi Barra. The vessel will support Ithaca's drilling operations and secures utilisation for around 4 months.
 
New contract for Østensjø Rederi at the end of the year

Østensjø Rederi has been awarded a contract with a well-reputed multinational company within the energy sector for the vessel Sun Enabler.

The contract has a firm duration of 2 years + options and will commence in March 2019. Sun Enabler was originally chartered on a short-term bareboat contract in 2017, but has been extended and is still in operation for Østensjø Rederi. “- We are very pleased to secure this new contract within the subsea segment and we look forward to the cooperation with our new client”, says CEO Kenneth Walland.
 
Contract extension with ENI

Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF") has been awarded a contract extension for the AHTS Far Statesman. The contract is approximately five months of work for end user ENI to support their deepwater drilling campaign offshore Indonesia. The contract will commence in January 2019 in direct continuation of the vessels current employment. The vessel has been supporting end user ENI Indonesia since July 2018.
 
Contracts for CSV's

Solstad Offshore has entered into a contract with DeepOcean AS for the CSV "Normand Jarstein". The contract will commence in March for the 2019 season, with further options for 2020 and 2021.

DeepOcean will mobilize two WROV systems onboard and use the vessel on their projects within the oil & gas and renewables sectors.

Further to the above Solstad is pleased to announce that Rever Offshore UK Limited (earlier known as Bibby Offshore) have declared their 2019 option for charter of the CSV "Normand Clipper".

Operations will be in the North Sea and the contract period is minimum 120 days firm. Commencement of the contract is between 15th March and 15th April 2019.
 
Maersk Supply får god kontrakt i Australien

Maersk Supply Service har fået kontrakt med Chevron Australia, for to nybyggede AHTS fartøjer, Maersk Mariner og Maersk Master, der skal sørge for bugsering, ankerhåndtering, forsyning og WROV-service til boreprogrammet i den nordvestlige del af Vest-Australien fra og med 2. kvartal 2019.

”Vi er stolte over at få mulighed for at udnytte kapaciteterne fra disse nye fartøjer til at levere en sublim service og bidrage til offshoreudviklingen af dette vigtige projekt for regionen”, siger David Lofthouse, chef for Commercial Asia Pacific, Maersk Supply Service.

Maersk Mariner og Maersk Master har arbejdet i Western Australia siden henholdsvis september 2017 og marts 2018, hvor de forbliver, indtil den nye kontrakt begynder. I løbet af programmet skal begge fartøjer opereres af lokale besætninger og støttes af Maersk Supply Service's kystbase i Perth.

Maersk Mariner og Maersk Master er de to første skibe i Maersk Supply Service's Starfish nybygningsserie, der er designet til at minimere brændstofforbrug, maksimere pålidelighed og sikkerhed ombord. Efter 2017, har endnu tre fartøjer i serien sluttet sig til flåden, med det sidste planlagt til levering først i 2019.
