DOF Subsea awarded contracts in New Zealand and Asia

DOF Subsea is pleased to announce several contract-awards in the Asia Pacific region, securing 130 days vessel and resource utilisation into Q1 2020.

The contracts, for undisclosed clients in New Zealand and South East Asia, will see Skandi Hercules commence operations in December 2019 for a major operator. Additionally, Skandi Singapore will commence construction operations in early January 2020 in South East Asia.

In a statement Mons Aase, CEO DOF Subsea, said, "These are important awards for us securing good utilisation for our vessel and resources in the Asia Pacific Region. We look forward to working with our clients to deliver safe and successful projects."
 
GC Rieber Shipping: Nexans extends the charter for Polar King

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 3 October 2019.

Nexans Skagerrak AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nexans Norway AS, have today declared a five-month extension for the CSV Polar King, making the charter firm until July 2020.
 
Contract extension for Skandi Carla

DOF Subsea is pleased to announce that Fugro has extended the firm period of hire for Skandi Carla up to end of October 2020.
 
Contract extension

The charter has exercised the first of 2 x 6 months options for each of the vessels "Siem Atlas" and "Siem Giant» from 9th December 2019.
 
Contract extension for CSV Normand Jarstein

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that DeepOcean AS has exercised their option to extend the contract for the CSV Normand Jarstein for a minimum period of 200 days in 2020, with commencement during 1Q. DeepOcean has the option to extend the contract with up to 1 year thereafter.

DeepOcean will utilize the vessel on their renewable energy and oil & gas projects.
 
Contract awards in the Middle East and Mediterranean

Solstad Offshore ASA has been awarded several contracts in the Middle East and Mediterranean.

The present contract for the PSV Far Swan has been extended with one year and is now firm to 4Q 2021.

The vessel continues to support drilling operations in the Middle East with one of the major operators in the region. Also, the contract for the PSV Sea Spark has been extended with 6 months to July 2020 to support drilling operations in the Mediterranean.

In addition, the PSV's Normand Surfer and Normand Supra have been contracted by Saipem, also for work in the Mediterranean. Commencement will be during December 2019 for a firm period of 60 days each
 
Contract awards by Equinor Brazil

Solstad Offshore ASA has signed contract extensions for the two PSV's Far Scotsman and Sea Brasil with Equinor Brasil Energia Ltda (Equinor) in Brazil.

The contract for Far Scotsman is extended by 2 years, while Sea Brasil is extended by 1 year. Both in direct continuation of present contracts.

The vessels willl continue to support production activities at the Peregrino field in Campos Basin, offshore Brazil.

DOF Subsea has entered into a 2-month long contract with an international energy client in Africa. The project will utilise Skandi Seven and commence operations in direct continuation with the ongoing commitment for the vessel.

DOF Subsea will during this project deliver integrated FSV services, project management and engineering on multiple project packages, mainly within deep -water construction and maintenance activities.

Contract extension for CSV Normand Installer

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that SBM Offshore has extended the charter for the CSV Normand Installer from an original 105 days commitment (reported August 2018) to a 1-year contract from January 2020, in direct continuation with present contract.

The vessel is jointly owned by SBM and Solstad Offshore and has been on a contract to SBM since in 2006.
 
Contract extensions for PSV's

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that Apache North Sea Limited has extended the charters of PSV's Sea Flyer and Sea Forth.

The contract extensions are one year firm plus options commencing January 2020, in direct continuation of the present contract.
 
Contract award for 3 x AHTS vessels in Australia

Siem Offshore has entered into a contract with an oil and natural gas, exploration and production company in Australia for three AHTS vessels (Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels) to support their upcoming drilling campaign. The contract duration for each vessel is 365 days + options and with commencement in first quarter 2020.
 
ESVAGT and EnQuest sign multi-year contracts for Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels

The 'Esvagt Capri' is one of four vessels chartered by EnQuest.

ESVAGT UK Ltd has been awarded a significant new contract with EnQuest Heather Ltd for the provision of Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels (ERRV Services).

Under this contract, four ESVAGT vessels will support EnQuest Heather Ltd’s operation in the UK.

The contract includes a continued support on the Kraken oil field and Kittiwake and, since December 2019, ERRV duties on Magnus and EnQuest Producer.

‘The multiple-year contract award is a significant milestone for ESVAGT’s continued efforts to further strengthen our long-term commitment in the UK production market’, says ESVAGT’s Head of Chartering Jens Bagger:

‘We are delighted that EnQuest Heather Ltd selected ESVAGT UK Ltd as ERRV provider. Once implemented, this contract means that ESVAGT will have 4 vessels on long-term contracts with EnQuest’, he says.

Stand-by service on all four contracts will be covered by ESVAGT’s reliable and fuel-efficient C-type vessels.

ESVAGT UK Ltd is a 100% owned entity of ESVAGT A/S.
 
New medium-term contracts

Solstad Offshore ("Solstad") has signed contracts for several of its vessels with various Clients.

Technip FMC have extended the present frame agreement with Solstad for ploughing/trenching duties in the North Sea with 1 year. As part of the extension the parties have agreed to utilize the AHTS Normand Ranger for a minimum of 80 days plus options on various projects in 2020, with expected commencement in April.

Solstad has been awarded a contract with Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Limited, for the CSV Normand Jarl. The contract will commence in May 2020 and have a firm duration of 105 days.

Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Limited will utilize the vessel to support their maintenance activities in the North Sea.

The CSV's Normand Baltic and Normand Australis has been awarded contracts for work offshore New Zealand and offshore Papua New Guinea. Both contracts will commence in January 2020 and each will have a duration of 60 days firm plus options.

Solstad has in addition to this entered into a 6 months contract with a major oil company for one of its large AHTS's. The contract commences in December 2019 for operations in Brazilian waters.
 
Contract extension

DOF is pleased to announce that Vår Energi has declared a 1 year option on Skandi Kvitsøy. The extension is valid until February 2021.
 
Havila Shipping ASA: Forlengelse av PSV kontrakt

Total E&P Danmark har forlenget kontrakten for PSVen Havila Herøy for en periode på 9 måneder med 3 opsjonsperioder hver på en måned. Kontrakten er i direkte fortsettelse av eksisterende kontrakt. Havila Herøy vil dermed være på kontrakt til September 2020.

Havila Herøy har arbeidet for Total E&P Danmark (tidligere Mærsk Olie & Gas) siden fartøyet ble levert i Desember 2009
 
Bareboat Contract for DLB Norce Endeavour

Solstad Offshore ASA has entered into a bareboat Contract with Saipem Portugal Commercio Maritimo Limitada(Saipem Portugal), a subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A., for the DLB Norce Endeavour. The contract will commence on the January 2[nd], 2020 and have a firm duration until May 31[st], 2021 with an optional period of further 5 months.

As part of the bareboat Contract Saipem Portugal has the option, at its discretion and subject to, among others, Saipem S.p.A.'s internal approvals, to purchase the DLB Norce Endeavour.

DLB Norce Endeavour is a 146 meters length lay barge vessel built in 2010, equipped with a main crane of 1100 mt lift capacity, to be employed for pipelaying activities worldwide.

The commercial terms are confidential between the parties.
