Ultra Deep Solutions will exercise an option on the sister vessel UDS "Deep Matisse". The vessel is a DNV-GL ship with a 24 men Saturation System with Twin Bell and Twin 24 men SPHL's. This vessel is 145 m x 27 m. It comes with a 400 t Huisman crane which can reach working depths of 5200 msw. The "Kandinsky" will be fitted with 2 x WROV's 250 HP that can work in 4000 msw. She will have 2200 m2 of open deck space. Ice "C" Class and DP3. She is suitable for a Well Intervention Tower and Flex Lay tower. "Exercising the option of the sister vessel fits into our future plans for long term decommissioning. We see the industry in a 30 year cycle which will be removing many structures over this term. Our plans remain the same to build high efficiency vessels at a competitive price. Technology will be a driving force over the next decade. Ultra Deep Solutions announces the company will commence design, engineering and build on its 6th DSCV. The vessel will be a new Hybrid design keeping to the companies philosophy on environment and efficiency. The new "Hybrid" will be 125 m LOA and 25 m BEAM. She will pack 3 MEGAWATT's of Battery Storage power to offset fuel. Our build time will stay consistent with 28-30 months.
