EIOF – Contract award for Viking Queen

Eidesvik Offshore ASA has been awarded a new contract by Equinor Energy AS for the PSV Viking Queen.

The new contract will commence in April this year, in direct continuation of current contract with Equinor. The new firm contract period is 10 months, with options for further extensions.
 
EIOF - Contract award for Subsea Viking

Eidesvik Offshore ASA has been awarded a new contract by Seabed Geosolutions under the Master Time Charter Agreement for Subsea Viking. The new contract will commence in direct continuation of the existing contract. The firm period is approximately 4 months with options for extensions.

Term contracts for three PSV's

The DOF Group is pleased to announce the award of term contracts for three of its PSV's. The first award, commencing in April, is the charter of large modern PSV Skandi Gamma to Ithaca Energy (UK) Limited for a period of 2 years firm, plus 2 x 1 year options. The vessel has been working in the UKCS since 2019, and the DOF Group is delighted to be embarking on a long-term partnership with a major UK Operator.

In addition, the DOF Group has secured contracts for two large PSV's with an International Contractor, to support pipehaul operations in Guyana in 2021 and 2022. The 2021 Campaign is expected to commence in early Q3, and the award secures a backlog of at least 150 days in 2021, and 270 days in 2022. DOF has previously supported pipelay activities in Guyana with the same client, and is pleased to continue operations in a growing offshore region.
 
Long-term contract award for PSV in Brazil

Solstad Offshore ASA has been awarded a long-term contract by Shell Brasil Ltda for the PSV Normand Starling to support their activities in the Brazilian waters. The awarded contract is firm for two (2) years to April 2023 and commences in direct continuation of the current contract Normand Starling has with Shell Brazil Ltda.
 
Havila Shipping ASA: Kontrakt for PSV fartøyet Havila Borg

Havila Shipping har inngått kontrakt med IKM Acona AS for PSV fartøyet Havila Borg. Kontrakten er fast for en periode tilsvarende ett borehull, estimert til mellom 35 og 90 dager. IKM Acona AS kan utøve opsjoner for ytterligere to borehull, estimert til inntil 9 måneder
 
Long-term contract award for PSV in UK

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that the company has signed a contract with TAQA Bratani Limited ("TAQA") for the PSV Sea Flyer. The vessel will be utilised to support TAQA's UK North Sea assets for a firm period of two years. Commencement of the contract is expected to be during July 2021.

Contract award for OSCV Siem Spearfish

Siem Offshore has entered into a contract for an offshore project in GoM, withan undisclosed subsea construction company. The project will utilize the OSCV"Siem Spearfish" for a scope of work consisting of Subsea and ROV duties, undera minimum duration of 110 days, plus options.The said vessel will commence its new charter in direct continuation of itscurrent commitment in West Africa, and will as such secure utilization at leastinto the fourth quarter of 2021.The Company is very pleased to see the reaffirmed trust placed by a key clientwithin the subsea construction segment, which underlines the Company’sreputation for trust in performance of high end vessels.
 
Contract award Skandi Constructor

DOF Subsea has been awarded a contract by Siemens Gamesa for Skandi Constructor.
The vessel will be utilized for projects on several offshore wind farms in
Germany with a duration up to 160 days, starting in April.
 
Contract award for MPSV Siem Dorado

Siem Offshore has been awarded a 40 days firm contract plus options, in addition to mobilization and demobilization fees, for the MPSV "Siem Dorado" for work in the North Sea.

The contract is the first contract the company has secured with DCN Diving, and as such we very much are looking forward to cooperate with a new client within the air-diving segment of the industry. The vessel has commenced its mobilization from Norway.

EIDESVIK OFFSHORE ASA

Eidesvik Offshore ASA has entered into a bareboat contract for 130 days including transit with an undisclosed 3rd party operator for Veritas Viking. The vessel will be mobilized from its current location at Bømlo in May 2021 and is scheduled to commence the bareboat contract in June 2021.
 
New contract in Brazil

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce that the company has signed a contract with Enauta Energia S.A ("Enauta") for the AHTS Normand Turmalina. The vessel will be utilised by Enauta to support the “Atlanta Field” in Santos Basin, Brazil, for 18 months firm and with 2 years option thereafter. Commencement of the contract is during May 2021.
 
Contract awards in the Atlantic Region

DOF Subsea has been awarded multiple contracts for execution in the North Sea, including a number of turnkey subsea projects within our core service lines - Inspection, Maintenance & Repair (IMR), Construction and Decommissioning.

The projects combined totals more than 340 vessel days excluding options, and will be executed during 2021.

Skandi Acergy, Skandi Skansen, Skandi Iceman, Skandi Hera and a contracted third -party vessel shall be utilized in the offshore execution phases.

All awards include Project Management, engineering, procurement and logistics which shall be delivered by our integrated subsea experts' team across Bergen and Aberdeen.

DOF Subsea shall towards a key Renewables client, deliver one of our construction assets and associated services during the construction phase of a major offshore wind project. The project totals at least 150 vessel days.

Several of the awards are EPRD (Engineering, Preparation, Removal and Disposal) decommissioning contracts, and DOF Subsea is planning to deploy multiple vessels in-field during execution phases.

In excess of the awards, DOF Subsea has received a number of purchase orders related to ongoing contracts in North Sea and Africa. These awards are enabling our clients to take advantage of the extended capabilities of the contracted vessels, with access our integrated marine operations services. One of the variation orders aided DOF Subsea to fast-track a flex-lay installation campaign, delivering project management, engineering, procurement, logistics and offshore execution to the highest expectation of the client.

Normand Maximus - Saipem – Settlement agreement

As previously communicated to the market, Solstad Offshore ASA's subsidiary Normand Maximus Operations Limited has been pursuing legally the unpaid termination fee and other claims following the early termination by Saipem (Portugal) Comercio Maritimo Sociedade Unipessoal Lda, of the time charter party for "Normand Maximus".

Normand Maximus Operations Limited and Saipem (Portugal) Comercio Maritimo Sociedade Unipessoal Lda, as time charterer of Normand Maximus, and Saipem SPA as time charter guarantor, have today entered into an agreement for settlement of all claims and counterclaims between the parties related to the time charter for Normand Maximus.

The settlement entitles Normand Maximus Operations Limited to a payment of USD 48,25 million primo June 2021. This equals approximately 96% of Normand Maximus Operations Limited's gross claim.

The dialogue for a long-term solution for the lease financing arrangements for the Normand Maximus is ongoing, and reference is made to our Annual Report for 2020 for information on this issue.
 
Multiple contract awards in Brazil

DOF Subsea is pleased to announce the awards of multiple Vessel and ROV contracts to support the Ocean Bottom Node Seismic campaigns by Shearwater GeoServices Holding AS on Petrobras's Jubarte, Tupi and Iracema fields offshore Brazil.

The vessel Skandi Neptune has been allocated for the project and is now getting ready for transit to Rio de Janeiro for commencement of the Jubarte survey in Campos Basis over a 3-months period.

The Tupi and Iracema surveys, should start in Q3 2021 in the Santos Basis and are expected to last approximately nine months.

The award by Shearwater validate again DOF Subsea' capability to adapt and expand into new growing markets such as the 3D ocean Bottom Node Survey.
 
Contract for CSV Normand Ocean

Solstad Offshore ASA (“Solstad”) is pleased to announce a new contract for the CSV Normand Ocean with DeepOcean AS. The vessel will be utilized on DeepOcean`s IMR and light construction projects in the North Sea.

Normand Ocean has been on contract to DeepOcean since 2014 and with the new contract the vessel will be on firm contract to end of 2023. In addition, there is an option to extend the contract with one more year.

As part of Solstad and DeepOcean`s common goals to reduce CO2 emissions the Normand Ocean will be upgraded with a 1MWh battery system and shore power connection. This will allow the vessel to operate with same efficiency but with less emissions.

Through this agreement Solstad and DeepOcean are committed to jointly explore and initiate new steps to reduce emissions further by utilizing new technology that will be available over the next years.
