Solstad Offshore ASA - Contract Award in Brazil for CSV Normand Flower​

With reference to the stock exchange notice dated April 30, 2025, announcing the contract award with Petrobras for the CSV “Normand Flower” owned by Solstad Maritime ASA (SOMA), subject to Board approval:

Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) is pleased to confirm that the subject has now been lifted, and the contract is signed.

The contract, which will commence in January 2026, has a duration of 4 years and a gross value of approximately USD 115 million, excluding ROV services.

The vessel will be on bareboat contracts from SOMA to SOFF, which is the contract holder with Petrobras.

Solstad Offshore ASA holds 27,3% of the shares in Solstad Maritime ASA.
 

Solstad Offshore ASA - Contract Award​

Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF") is pleased to announce a contract award for the
CSV "Normand Pioneer" with Petrobras.

The vessel will be on a bareboat contract from the vessel owner Solstad Maritime
ASA (SOMA) to SOFF, which is the contract holder with Petrobras.

"Normand Pioneer" will be mobilized with a heave compensated E-type gangway
system from Ampelmann to the contract that will commence in October 2025.
Duration of the contract is 180 days firm and has a gross value of approximately
USD 17 million, including mobilization.
 

Solstad Offshore ASA - Contract Award for CSV Normand Commander​

Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF") is pleased to announce a contract award for the CSV "Normand Commander" with Petrobras.

The vessel will be on a bareboat contract from the vessel owner Solstad Maritime ASA (SOMA) to SOFF, who holds the contract with Petrobras.

The contract, that will commence in Q1 2026, has a duration of 4 years and a gross value of approximately USD 108 million excluding ROV services.

Solstad Offshore ASA holds 27,3% of the shares in Solstad Maritime ASA.
 

Solstad Offshore ASA – Multiple Contract Awards​


Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) is pleased to announce contract awards for “Normand Turmalina” and “Normand Superior”.
  • The AHTS Normand Turmalina has received a contract extension from BRAVA Energia in Brazil. The extended contract has a duration of 3 years, starting immediately after the current contract. This secures a firm commitment until early 2029.
  • Ocean Infinity has confirmed its option for the CSV Normand Superior, extending the current agreement with 1 year to February 2027.
The combined value of the two contracts is approximately USD 65 million.
 

Havila Shipping ASA:Contract extension with Equinor Energy for Havila Troll​

Equinor Energy has exercised one year option for Havila Troll, keeping HavilaTroll until November 2026.Equinor Energy has 3 additional options, each for one year.
 

DOF Group ASA - Contract extension for Skandi Patagonia​

DOF Group ASA ("DOF") is pleased to announce a contract extension for SkandiPatagonia. The new contract will see the vessel, a CSV built in 2000 with a 50tcrane and offering diving service capacities, continue with its current client,TotalEnergies, in Argentina for a period of three years, with two further one-year extension options. DOF Group ASA - Long-term commitment for Skandi Inventor in the APAC region​

Solstad Maritime ASA – Contract extension for CSV Normand Ocean​

Solstad Maritime ASA (“SOMA”) is pleased to announce a 1-year contract extension for the CSV “Normand Ocean” with DeepOcean. The contract commences 1 January 2026, in direct continuation of current contract.

Solstad Maritime ASA (SOMA) is pleased to announce multiple new contract awards for several anchor handling tug supply vessels (AHTS) and a construction support vessel (CSV). The combined firm duration of the contracts is approximately 700 vessel days.
The following vessels are included in the awards:

  • Normand Saracen and Normand Scorpion have been awarded contracts with an undisclosed operator in the Asia-Pacific region. The contracts include a combined firm period of 516 days, plus a combined optional period of 358 days. Commencement is scheduled for Q1 2026.
  • Normand Scorpion has also been awarded two projects with tier-one EPIC contractors for subsea installation work in the Asia-Pacific region. These projects are scheduled to start in December and have an expected duration up to 2 months.

  • Normand Sapphire has been awarded a contract with an undisclosed operator in the Mediterranean Sea. The firm period is 60 days, plus options thereafter. The contract commences immediately.
  • Normand Baltic’s current contract has been extended with a firm duration until the end of 2025. The extension represents a firm period of approximately 100 days, with further options thereafter.
The combined value of the firm contracts is approximately USD 50 million.
 

Contract award for PSV Sea1 Atlas​

Sea1 Offshore has been awarded a new contract for the Platform Supply Vessel Sea1 Atlas in Brazil with a duration of 3 years plus 6-month options at market terms. Commencement will be in Q1 2026. The total firm contract backlog for Sea1 Offshore is now USD 743 million, and USD 599 million in options.
 

Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA (GEOS) Announces New Term Contracts​

Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA (GEOS) is pleased to announce that it has entered into two new term contracts for two of the PSV's of PX121design vessels with a prestigious international charterer.

The details of the contracts are as follows:

Contract 1:
o Vessel: PX121
o Commencement Date: January 2026
o Duration: 120 days + options

Contract 2:
o Vessel: PX121
o Commencement Date: December 2025
o Duration: 210 days + options

These contracts, made at market levels for this type of vessel, secure a substantial portion of utilization and add revenues in excess of USD 6 mill to the Company backlog.
 

Reach Subsea: Fleet update​

Haugesund, 21 October 2025: Reach Subsea has exercised the first one-year option for the subsea vessel Olympic Triton, extending the charter through February 2027.

The vessel has been on charter since February 2023 under a firm three-year agreement with two optional one-year extensions. This option secures continued access to a proven asset supporting our offshore operations.

Reach Subsea has also been informed by Eidesvik Offshore of a delay in the delivery of the vessel Viking Vigor, now expected in Q3 2026.

Olympic Triton is a modern, multifunctional subsea vessel equipped with a 150-tonne crane, generous accommodation capacity, and a large deck area. It is well-suited to meet the demands of Reach Subsea’s clients across both the renewable energy and oil & gas sectors.

Viking Vigor is a next-generation IMR/Survey vessel with a 150-tonne crane, featuring low-emission technology, a smart lifting arrangement, and a state-of-the-art equipment package. It is currently under construction at Sefine Shipyard in Turkey and will be managed by Eidesvik Offshore.

Forlengelsen er gjort på markedsmessige vilkår og den faste perioden gjelder ut 2026, med ytterligere opsjoner for forlengelse.
 

Havila Shipping ASA: New contract with Peterson Den Helder BV for PSV Havila Borg​

Havila Shipping ASA has signed another contract with Peterson Den Helder BV for the PSV Havila Borg on market terms.

The contract is in direct continuation of existing contract and for a firm period until late fourth quarter 2026, with further options for extension up to two years.
 

Long-term contract for CSV Normand Ocean

Solstad Offshore ASA (“Solstad”) announces a new five-year contract for the CSV Normand Ocean with Prysmian Powerlink Srl (Prysmian). With this contract, the vessel will be on a firm contract with Prysmian until 2032, with an additional two-year option.

Prysmian has contracted the CSV Normand Ocean to support the installation of power cable systems on the company's global projects.

The firm contract will commence during the first or second quarter of 2027 and run until 2032. If the two-year option is exercised, Normand Ocean will support Prysmian until 2034.

With this contract, Normand Ocean joins CSV Normand Pacific, which is on a firm contract with Prysmian until the end of 2030.

In 2023, Solstad grew its total operating income from offshore renewable energy activities by 65 percent, to NOK 1.76 billion, compared to the prior year.

Normand Ocean, built in 2014, is an advanced DP2 subsea construction vessel equipped with a 150-ton active heavy compensated subsea crane. The vessel is an effective working platform for various demanding offshore activities.

Normand Ocean is owned by Solstad Maritime AS, in which Solstad Offshore ASA holds an ownership share of 27,3 percent.

Denne kontrakten flyttes til en annen båt. Normand Ocean har fått 3 år forlengelse med DeepOcean.

Contract Award for CSV Normand Ocean!

Solstad Maritime ASA is pleased to announce that Normand Ocean has been awarded a very large contract by DeepOcean AS. SOMA defines a very large contract as being between USD 50 million and USD 100 million.

The contract has a firm duration of three years, plus two yearly options, and is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2027.

This follows the previously announced five-year firm contract with Prysmian in June 2024, which will now be delivered by another CSV in the Solstad fleet.

With these commitments, both vessels are secured with long-term clients into the next decade.»

Solstad Offshore ASA (“SOFF”) is pleased to announce that the company has been awarded a new contract by PETROBRAS for the anchor handling tug supply vessel (AHTS) Normand Topazio.

The contract has a duration of 4 years firm and is scheduled to commence in 1Q 2026. The vessel will support Petrobras operations in Brazil.

The total gross value of the contract is approximately USD 73 million.
