Havila Shipping ASA: Equinor Energy har erklært ett års opsjon for Havila Foresight (PSV)​

Equinor Energy har erklært ett års opsjoner for Havila Foresight til januar 2027 og har ytterligere opsjon for ett år fram til januar 2028.
 
Contract extension for Seven Viking ⭐
We are pleased to announce that Eidesvik Seven Chartering AS, a joint venture company between Subsea7 and Eidesvik Offshore, has entered into an agreement with Subsea7 to extend the contract for the subsea vessel Seven Viking. Subsea7 has declared the remaining option for 2026, and 2027 has been added as a firm year. Additionally, Subsea 7 has been granted an option for 2028. The 2027 and 2028 rates are based on current market terms.

Subsea7 awarded contract offshore Norway



Subsea7 today announced the award of a sizeable1 extension of an existing frame agreement by Equinor for subsea inspection, maintenance and repair services (IMR), for vessel Seven Viking.

This is the latest extension to the frame agreement, first signed in 2018. Under the terms of the extension, to the end of 2027, Seven Viking will carry out inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) services for subsea operations at Equinor’s oil and gas wells across the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Project management and engineering work will continue to be managed from Subsea7’s office in Stavanger.

Erik Femsteinevik, VP Subsea7 Norway, said: “We value that Equinor has decided to exercise the option to extend the IMR contract for Seven Viking, and we look forward to continuing to support safe and efficient operations for them, on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.”

DOF Group ASA - Seven contract extensions in Brazil​

Five of DOF's Brazilian-flagged AHTS vessels, all with ROVs on board: Skandi Fluminense, Skandi Paraty, Skandi Angra, Skandi Urca and Skandi Iguaçu, have had their current contracts with Petrobras extended until Q1 2027.

The new 4-year contracts for the five vessels that were signed and announced in May-June 2025 with original planned commencement in Q1 2026 have had commencement postponed until Q1 2027 with all other terms and conditions unchanged, meaning that the new contracts will run until Q1 2031.

Petrobras and DOF have in addition agreed to extend the two current RSV contracts for the vessels Skandi Chieftain and Skandi Olympia with new duration until the end of 2026. Commencement of the new 4-year contracts for Skandi Chieftain and Skandi Olympia signed and announced in October 2025 will thus be postponed until the start of 2027.

The seven contract extensions add more than USD 160 million to DOF’s backlog.
 

Solstad Offshore ASA – Contract Extension and Amendment for Normand Turquesa​

Reference is made to the previous press release dated 9 July 2025 regarding the four-year contract for the Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) Normand Turquesa with Petrobras.

The current Normand Turquesa contract with Petrobras has been extended by 1 year, and the commencement of the previously announced four-year contract has been amended from 1Q 2026 to 1Q 2027. This represents an additional gross value of approximately USD 15.4 million.

Following this amendment and extension, Normand Turquesa now has a firm commitment with Petrobras until January 2031, with a total gross contract value of approximately USD 100 million.
 

Contract extension for Sea1 Maragogi​

The current contract for the Oil Spill Recovery Vessel Sea1 Maragogi has been extended with one year of firm period in direct continuation, taking the vessel’s firm period up to January 2027.
 

Solstad Offshore ASA - Letter Of Intent for Normand Tonjer​

Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF") is pleased to announce a Letter Of Intent with an undisclosed client for Normand Tonjer.

Area of operation will be Asia-Pacific. The contract has a duration of 225 days, including mobilization, with further options thereafter, and will commence in February 2026.

The commercial terms and conditions are confidential between the parties.
 

Solstad Maritime ASA - Letter Of Intent for CSV Normand Navigator​

Solstad Maritime ASA ("SOMA") is pleased to announce a Letter Of Intent with aninternational subsea contractor for the CSV Normand Navigator.The contract will commence in Q2 2026 and has a duration of 450 days, withfurther options thereafter.Under the agreement, Normand Navigator will support the client's operationsworldwide. As part of the charter party, Solstad Maritime will deliver, withsupport from Omega Subsea AS, two work class ROVs with full manning, as well astooling and survey services.The commercial terms and conditions are confidential between the parties.
 

DOF Group ASA – Contract award and extension​

DOF Group ASA ("DOF") is pleased to announce the award of a Limited* contract for Skandi Skansen in the North Sea. Under the contract, DOF will provide vessel and ROV services for a duration of 30 days with planned commencement in Q2 of 2026.

Furthermore, the PSV Skandi Kvitsøy had a 6-month option with its current client in Australia declared. The contract is now firm until September 2026 with further options until Q1-2028. The value of the declared 6-month option period is Limited*.

*DOF defines a Limited contract as a contract with value below USD 15 million.

⚓New long-term contract for Songa Commander⚓

Remøy Shipping is pleased to announce that our managed vessel, Songa Commander, is awarded a long-term contract with Adura, the new UK based Incorporated Joint Venture (IJV) between Shell and Equinor. The IJV company ADURA is the UK’s larges independent North Sea producer.

Songa Commander will support the drilling development at the Rosebank field, West of the Shetland Islands. The contract has a duration of about 500 days, covering seven development wells and two plug & abandonments.

DeepOcean has signed a charter agreement with Boskalis for the subsea vessel Boka Spearfish.

The vessel will join DeepOcean's fleet of advanced subsea vessels for the remainder of 2026, with additional options. Following a short mobilisation, the vessel will be equipped with two work-class ROVs and other mission-critical systems.

Boka Spearfish, to be renamed from Sea1 Spearfish, is already well known to DeepOcean, having previously operated on charter with consistently strong performance. Her capabilities remain well aligned with customer needs, making her a solid addition to the fleet.

Some of Boka Spearfish's features are:
• 250 Te offshore crane
• 1,350 m2 deck area
• 2x WROV capability in hangar
• SCR technology for reduced emissions
• Accommodation for 110 people

Solstad Offshore ASA - Contract extension for Normand Fortress​

Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF") has entered into an agreement for a two year extension of the current contract, with Petrobras for the CSV Normand Fortress, a vessel owned by Solstad Maritime ASA ("SOMA").

The contract extension is expected to commence in early July 2026. Under the contract, the vessel will provide accommodation services to support production activities on the Brazilian continental shelf.

The gross contract value of the contract extension is approximately USD 56 million.

The vessel will be on bareboat contract from SOMA to SOFF, which is the contract holder with Petrobras.

Solstad Offshore ASA holds 27.3% of the shares in Solstad Maritime ASA.
 
New agreement for Normand Jarstein

Solstad Maritime ASA has entered into a Letter of Intent with Reach Subsea ASA for CSV Normand Jarstein, with operations planned in the Mediterranean and Black Sea.

The agreement includes a firm two-year period, with one optional year.

Subject to final contract, the vessel is expected to commence transit this week.

Great Thursday News - New agreement for Normand Maximus

Solstad Offshore ASA is pleased to announce a Letter of Intent for CSV Normand Maximus with an international subsea contractor.

The contract is expected to commence in Q1 2027, with a firm period to Q1 2029 and an option to extend into Q1 2030.

As the largest vessel in the fleet, Normand Maximus will support global subsea operations, delivering integrated services including work-class ROVs, full manning, tooling, and survey in partnership with Omega Subsea.
