Contract award for Siem Aquamarine and Siem Amethyst​

Siem Offshore has secured a medium-term contract for two of our AHTS, Siem Aquamarine and Siem Amethyst for a major operator in Australia with commencement in late 2023.
 

Energy Swan – extension of contract​

A contract extension has been secured with Repsol Norge AS. The contract is in direct continuation of the current charter contract from 2021. The large PSV Energy Swan was in 2021 chartered for a firm period of 1 year + optional (total of 1 years options). Repsol Norge AS and GEOS agreed after expiration of the firm period to extend for an additional 6 months till 1st May 2023 - reference to notice 13.09.2023. Repsol Norge AS and GEOS then agreed to extend contract with additional 2 months till 1st July 2023 – reference notice 31.03.2023. Repsol Norge AS and GEOS then agreed to extend contract with additional 2 months till 1st September 2023 - reference notice 30.05.2023.

Repsol Norge AS and GEOS have now agreed to extend contract with additional 2 months till 1st November 2023.

The are no more options available for Repsol Norge AS after 1st November 2023.
 

Energy Empress – extension of contract​

Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (GEOS) is pleased to inform that the charter on Energy Empress reported 11 August 2022 has now been extended for six months at agreed day rate of USD 18,500/day.

The Energy Empress has thereby secured firm employment till 24 April 2024. The charterers have another six months option under this charter. For more information about this charter, reference is made to the notice from GEOS dated 11 August 2022.

ENERGY SWAN NEW CHARTER CONTRACT​


A new contract has been secured with Repsol Norge AS. The contract is in direct continuation of the current charter contract (ref latest notice of August 3rd 2023) also with Repsol Norge AS.

The new contract is for a firm period of two (2 months) + optional two (2) plus (2) months (total of four (4) months options). The vessel will commence the contract 1 November 2023. The contract reflects the current market rate for this type of vessel.
 

EIOF – Contract Extension for Viking Queen​

Wintershall Dea and OMV have declared an option to extend the contract for the supply vessel Viking Queen.

The contract extension runs from May 2024 in direct continuation of the current contract, extending the firm period to October 2025

Contract extension for CSV "Normand Superior"​

Solstad Offshore is pleased to announce a contract extension for the CSV"Normand Superior" with Ocean Infinity AB. The contract is now firm until 1Q2026, with two optional years thereafter.The commercial terms are in line with present market conditions for this type ofvessel.
 

Reach Subsea has exercised one year option for Havila Subsea​

Reach Subsea has exercised one year option for Havila Subsea. Following the exercise, the ship will be on contract to the end of 2024.
 

Contract awards from Ocean Installer for CSV "Normand Navigator" and 5 of the company's AHTS's​


Solstad Offshore ASA ("Solstad") is pleased to announce that Ocean Installer Limited ("Ocean Installer") has awarded Solstad a contract for a project in West Africa. The project will be executed by the five large AHTS's "Normand Drott", "Normand Prosper", "Normand Sapphire", "Normand Sigma" and "Normand Sirius". The combined contract duration is minimum 380 vessel-days and will commence in 4Q 2023.

In addition, Ocean Installer AS has awarded Solstad a seasonal contract for 2024 for the large CSV "Normand Navigator" for work mainly on the Norwegian
continental shelf.

The contract also includes additional services such as ROV's, project support and survey.

Commercial terms between the parties are confidential, but in line with present market conditions for this type of vessels.
 

Contract awards for CSVs “Normand Baltic” and “Normand Samson”​

Solstad Offshore ASA (“Solstad”) is pleased to announce the following new contract awards for two of its subsea vessels (CSV). 

CSV “Normand Baltic” has been awarded a 180-day contract for providing “Walk to Work” services on Offshore Wind project in Asia. The contract will commence in October 2023.

CSV “Normand Samson” has been hired for a period of minimum 260 days to support a field development project in South America with commencement in 1Q24.

Commercial terms between the parties are in line with present market conditions for this type of vessels.

Solstad continues to see a high demand for CSVs from renewable energy and Oil & Gas clients.
 

Contract extension awarded for AHTS Siem Topaz​

Siem Offshore has secured a contract extension for the AHTS Siem Topaz with a local client in Taiwan. Commencement will be in direct continuation of the current contract, for a firm period reaching into Q4 2024. The vessel will continue to be employed within the offshore wind industry.
 

Contract extension for MPSV Siem Dorado​

Siem Offshore has been awarded a contract extension for the MPSV Siem Dorado securing utilization for a period reaching towards the end of Q2 2024. Commencement will be in direct continuation of the current contract with continued operations expected outside the North Sea.
 

DOF Group ASA - Contract award​

DOF is proud to announce three new service contracts with Petrobras. The contracts were originated by a competitive bid process won by DOF andinclude work within our core service lines for Survey and Inspection.These contracts represent a continuation of the services handled by DOF on thePIDF123 contracts signed with Petrobras in 2020 and under operation since December of that year.

At least three vessels shall be utilised to perform flexible pipeline, risersand subsea equipment inspection in Campos Basin, Santos Basin, and EspíritoSantos Basin. More than 3,200 inspections are expected to be executed.The contracts are worth more than USD 260 million with planned commencement inQ4 2023 / Q1 2024 and estimated to be performed within 2 years.

Letter of Intent (LOI) for a 1-year contract extension​

DOF is pleased to announce that we have signed a LOI with a major Oil Company for extension of a large Subsea service contract in the Atlantic region.Commencement will be in November 2023. Estimated revenue from the contract is approximately USD 60 million.

This award and the award in Brazil announced yesterday lifts our secured backlog for 2024 to above NOK 10.5 billion. Compared to revenue LTM at NOK 11.9 billion we already have a strong basis for further earnings growth in 2024."
 

Contract Extensions​

Solstad Offshore is pleased to announce the declaration of yearly options for three of our vessels with long term clients:
Equinor Energy AS have declared the last contractual yearly option for the AHTS “Normand Ferking”. With declaration of this option, the “Normand Ferking” is now firm until November 2024.
Subsea 7 Limited has exercised the 2024 Optional Charter Period for the CSV “Normand Subsea”. The contract is now firm until 31st December 2024. Subsea 7 has the option to extend the contract with further one year.
DeepOcean AS have declared their optional year for the CSV “Normand Jarstein”, taking the firm period for the vessel up until 31.12.2024.
 

New contract for "Rem Saltire"​

Rem Saltire Holding is pleased to announce that a new 2 year contract for the CSV “Rem Saltire” have been signed with an undisclosed customer. The contract will commence from January 2024. The commercial terms are in line with present market conditions for this type of vessel.
 
DOF Group ASA - Charter in vessel

DOF is pleased to announce entering a charter for the Stril Explorer owned by Simon Møkster Shipping. The charter is a bareboat with a firm duration of 3 years plus 4 annual options.

The vessel will be utilized on the recently awarded PIDF project. DOF is very pleased to secure this vessel and increase the IMR capacity in our project segment.
 

Viking Supply Ships secures contract for operations outside Australia​


Viking Supply Ships has signed a contract for Far Senator (TBN: Andreas Viking) for operations outside Australia.
With operations performed by Go Offshore, the vessel will be operated under a time-charter with an international oil company. Go Offshore manages and operates a fleet of 20 offshore vessels. They support clients in offshore projects, including marine, subsea and renewables.
The contract length for the fixed period is 412 days, with commencement during first quarter of 2024. In addition to the fixed period, End user has the option to extend the time-charter 5 x 30 days.

Equinor Energy har erklært ett års opsjon for Havila Foresight for 2024.

Equinor Energy har ytterligere 3 årlige opsjoner for perioden fra 2025 og ut 2027.
